Star mountain have provided me with a website that is everything I could have wished for. As someone that is taking a career in a new direction, & feeling extremely out of touch with anything to do with computers/ web design/ technology, the prospect all seemed completely daunting to me. Star mountain did everything I needed, & more. I was guided, & kept in the loop throughout the entire set up. The end result, I couldn’t be happier with my website.Thank you star mountain. I asked Star Mountain to create a homepage to invite email signups for a project I'm working on and they didn't disappoint. Where to begin with how wonderful it was to work with Star Mountain!I am so awful with all things tech that writing and posting this review was a challenge, but as someone who is so reliant on reviews it felt wrong not to write something about this company. So, if posting reviews are tough, you can imagine how hard it was for me to navigate building my floral business’ website. That being said, I thought, “I’m smart, there are website builders… I can do this!” Well guess what? I COULD NOT!Enter Star Mountain. They were beyond helpful in giving me direction where I needed it and listening to my sometimes overwhelming creative input. They were able to help me rebrand my company and gave life to the logo I always imagined but didn’t have the skills to create. They were so patient with me I could not imagine the process going so well with anyone else. I have dealt with your standard “tech people” in the past and I was so worried it was going to be a similar experience, a lot of people telling me “well did you try unplugging it and plugging it back in” kind of nonsense. This was so far from that, I was able to text and email and get super fast responses back. The team was so amazing and thorough. They researched my business to see what my needs were, and were more aware of what my website needed than I was! For things that I’m not ready to dip my toe into yet, i.e. digital sales, they told me not to worry if I ever wanted to add it they would of course help me.It was just a true pleasure working with them, I can’t say enough nice things! My website speaks for itself now, and I can focus on what I do best, creating floral designs all while getting compliments on how lovely my website is (it works on phones too!!!!)
