Excellent Service. Have been there numerous times for screens and battery replacements, always happy with the repair times and high quality and reasonable prices. Staff are really friendly guys. Genuinely would recommend if you're in T Wells areas.

Spent £50 on a screen repair and the screen started coming off the day after - this is not good quality and terrible trust. We went back after the phone being broken and damaged prior. However, we were offered £35 after already spending £50 on a useless screen. And to add salt to the wound we were told lies about being advised not to use the phone 24 hours after their poor quality glue. Would never recommend, there are other shops in the area that can do a much better job. Very disappointed.

I WOULD ADVISE YOU NOT TO VISIT THIS SHOP FOR A REPLACEMENT MOBILE PHONE SCREEN. My experience was appauling. They swapped out the screen on my damaged mobile. The initial wait was 4 days as they ordered the wrong screen. The second attempt resulted in a screen that had a string blue tinge to it and a very much reduced brightness level. On questioning the poor quality of the screen the man asked me what I expected from a £65 'reconditioned' screen. I obviously paid for a new screen. When I questioned this he told me I was getting too hung up on the word 'reconditioned'?! The manager had the phone sent off to a central workshop where they were unable to repair the issue with the replacement screen. He offered me a refund of £15 or to return the original, and now very damaged and therefore unusable, screen to the phone. I now have a screen on an almost new screen that has ghost touching, is bright blue and that I cannot see when outside. I WOULD ADVISE YOU NOT VISIT THIS PLACE FOR A REPLACEMENT MOBILE PHONE SCREEN.UPDATE...Since I left this review the owner posted a reply suggesting that he would get in contact with me the following day. 2 weeks late and, surprisingly, he has made no effort to contact with me.It is also worth noting that there seem to be a lot of similar surnames to the positive reviews that have been left for this establishment. Coincidence?!

Friendly and helpful with excellent customer service. Helped my son get a case for his Samsung Z flip 3 of which they had a great choice and range of phone cases.
