I passed first time with Stephen as my instructor. Excellent mentor, lots of patience and fun to be around. I would recommend Stephen as everyone’s instructor, I was nervous for my test but he made me feel much more laid back about it!

Stephen's extensive knowledge of driving, his patience and careful teachings have allowed me to pass my test! Stephen's dedication to his job is highly commendable! From the very start, I discovered that driving was not going to be easy for me. But, Stephen's continual encouragement, constructive criticisms (delivered kindly of course) and advice helped me so much! No wonder why Abbey driving school has such a high pass rate! Thanks a lot Stephen!

Stephens a fantastic instructor learnt very quickly! Felt at ease learning and had a great time learning. Stephen is very easy to talk to and have a good laugh with! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get out on the road!

I just passed my test today for the 1st time!!I have sat in school for weeks listening to people say they have had 40 or 50 lessons with the same driving instructor and failed 3 times. This is not the case with Stephen, he is more focused on the quality of lessons,whereas many other instructors are focused on the quantity of lessons. (trying to get as much money out of you as possible).If as a pupil, you are willing to put in the effort you should pass 1st time with Stephen.He is a very 'down to earth' guy and i would recommend him to anyone, whether you have been with other driving instructors or not. He is a fantastic instructor!!!!

Stephen is a great instructor! Helped me pass my test first time.Patient and understanding and clearly understands we all learn in different ways.Never left me feeling uncomfortable or upset if I made a mistake and always explains what happened, what went wrong and how to fix it.Isn’t someone who cares about the money but cares about the learner and helping them pass.Throughout all of this just a great guy to chat to during the lesson, never an awkward moment or silence.Will recommend to anyone looking for an instructor.
