Rentokil Pest Control - Newport

After experiencing problems with vermin, I called Rentokil. A gentleman called Andrew Jenkins arrived promptly. He quickly assessed the situation and solved the problem in a professional and approachable manner. Can't recommend him or the company enough, thank you!

Andrew visited me to help me with my pest problem. He was very kind and helpful and funny and professional.He did a brilliant job and gave me good advice he liked my cup of tea and said it was the best he’s ever had !I take pride in my cups of tea so to hear this from Andrew just made me want to make more cups of tea ! I offered him another one but he said he had another call to make so I drank it myself! It was very nice ! I asked Andrew if he wanted more tea but he said he had to go. He really is like superman or Spider-Man but probably more like superman !

Well what can i say , a fella by the name of Andrew turnned up and was very down to earth which suited me realy well as i suffer with anxity and depression but found Andrew was very Professional and consultative on what was needed for the job .I dont get oit much and find it difficult to talk to people but not Andrew as hes really friendly and the knolage he has not only for his job nut on other things which made me feel at ease .If i need use the company again ill want Andrew to come in.Thank you feela you are a credit to the company and taking the time to explain clearly to me as some of it was hard to understand .Ps i got a mate with a few resteraunts and and a few clubs i will surely be giving him your name and ill swing it your way .Thank you so much rentokilWayne

I was so upset with our pest problem. Andrew Jenkins came to the house from Rentokil and made me feel so much calmer. He is so professional and so knowledgeable. You feel like you are not being abandoned. He explains things well and really knows his stuff. Thank you Andrew for being so professional. Rentokil are very lucky to have staff like you.

I thought that after a month with my new bed and waking up at 2 am with fresh new bites that maybe I had bed bugs. I called Rentokil who sold me a bed bug kit which would determine whether I had them or not. This pack never appeared.It took a further two months of emails/ telephone numbers trying to get responded to and actioned upon according to their procedures and expected time frames. It took a final is been past a week and I've heard nothing before I received a phone call saying that the parcel had been received back in the depot, and it would take up to 5 days to return the money.One week after paying me back for a product I never received, I've received an invoice saying I owe them for it!Avoid at all cost. This company has no communication, and likes to take money for nothing.

The very professional and polite manner of Andrew put me at ease when I had a pest issue at my property. He explained what the issue was, how it happened and what would be done to treat it. He also taught me the scientific words for rats, both brown and black. I hope they come up in the next pub quiz! Thanks Andrew and thanks rentokil for providing such a great service and staff.
