Resetting and reviving at Steve’s Monday 6pm Yin is an essential start to my week. The studio is always prepped with love and positive energy before we arrive. Steve just cares so much.

Steve is a wonderful yoga teacher who provides a safe haven for locals in need of connection with themselves and others. I know I will come away from his classes feeling replenished. He often blends his expertise in yoga and tai chi to provide playful and creative sequences that can be adapted to suit different levels or needs. As a yoga teacher myself I highly recommend Steve’s classes.

A beautiful, well equipped studio with a great ambience. Steve’s classes are superb - a familiar format each week but with wonderful variety of content, and a great balance of challenge with adaptations built in. He is such a professional and extremely reliable. I can’t speak highly enough. I leave feeling relaxed yet energised and hugely miss it on weeks I can’t make the class due to other commitments. Thank you Steve, I’m very glad I found you and the Henley yoga studio!

I love the Henley Yoga Studio. From leaving the hustle and bustle of the day, you enter a space that's just so calming. Renewal happens almost immediately.I have practised yoga for 20 years and Steve, Carlin and Jo are some of the best instructors I've had the pleasure of working with.

The Henley Yoga Studio is wonderful - spacious and light with a beautiful feeling of warmth. I can highly recommend both the Tai Chi and yoga classes with Steven Munn. I’ve dabbled with yoga over the years but feel like I’ve struck gold with these classes and am now inspired to go regularly.

Henley Yoga Studio is a beautiful, calm space with a lovely energy. I find the classes really welcoming, friendly and non judgemental, tailored to a variety of abilities. Steve is a wonderful teacher with amazing knowledge and no two classes are the same. Highly recommend for experienced yogis, beginners and everyone in between.

I always look forward to Yoga practice at the Henley Yoga Studio. Both Steve and Carlin are great teachers and the place itself is very tranquil and located in the heart of Henley. Highly recommend!

Henley Yoga Studio
I started Steve's Tai Chi class 8 months ago. I am using the discipline to complement my running & strength training. It has enabled me to focus my mind when training for long distance races and by improving my core, knees and ankles, I believe has attributed to remaining injury free in my mid 50s. Steve is very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended
