I have attended classes with Amanda for approximately a year The classes are challenging but fun As a physiotherapist I sometimes find instructors knowledge of anatomy lacking but this is not the case with Amanda and she watches everyone in the class closely this is made possible by small class sizes so every movement in every class counts She also incorporates fascia movement which increases the impact

Amanda, the Freddie Mercury of Pilates. She is an excellent instructor - knowledgeable and attentive. Her classes are exceptionally well organised, you never feel like you are wasting time and she is always there when you need help or adjustment. I really appreciate how she always takes care to make sure we challenge ourselves yet avoiding injuries. I started barre as a complete beginner who could never quite fall in love with any type of exercise, suffering from annoying back aches and occasional sciatica. I found it's been most beneficial to do a combination of barre and pilates. It's been 10 months since I joined Amanda's classes, my core is stronger than ever, my back aches are gone and I absolutely LOVE my classes. Thanks Amanda! Edit: now I have been attending Amanda's classes for almost 2 years and I am so excited about the changes in my body, my range of movement and flexibility, I highly recommend to anyone who is afraid of getting fit, you will stick with Amanda once you have tried her classes xxxx

Amanda brings years of experience in multi disciplines, and has a wonderful skill in understanding the needs of each individual to get the most benifit from the workout. All my signs of aging in terms of niggling pain and stiffness have completely disappeared since attending classes over the last few years, which gives me the freedom to fully participate in other sports.

After trying various exercise classes through MoveGB a friend recommended I booked onto one of Amanda's classes. It stood out because it looked different and I turned up not really knowing what to expect. And out of most things I have tried, I've found these are the classes that I keep coming back to. Largely because of their uniqueness and the fantastic results I've had on a recurring injury that has niggled me for years. But also because Amanda has a really personable approach. She welcomes you by name from day 1...a small but important thing. Her knowledge and experience shines through in her instructions and her ability to read your body and teach you what adjustments will work for you. She takes her time in class to tailor movements to suit you without losing the pace or wasting others time. Which is a real skill. She'll also make time for people at the end of the class to really share what she knows and I always leave feeling I've learnt something about my body and challenged it too...safely. I'm writing this after attending two back to back classes last Saturday and I have never felt like so many different muscles groups have been so expertly targeted. This really comes down to Amanda's ability to instil a much greater awareness of the movements you are doing, how you are doing them and how to execute them with precision. I've thoroughly enjoyed building these classes more regularly into my weekly routine and it's been a huge relief to feel my body respond so positively and as a result I've been in less pain and have regained movement in areas that I though were busted for good. Thank you Amanda!

Amanda is a great pilates and barre instructor because not only she is knowledgeable but she also pays attention to you and comes and corrects you if you don't do something right...Especially if you have an injury like me, Amanda is a person to trust as she always recommends a different (mild) exercise option to avoid impacting your injury...Truly and highly recommend Amanda!

One of my favourite classes. Amanda is very knowledgeable, welcoming and always makes sure exercises are right for you/ comes up with adjustments. Classes are lots of fun and there is quite a few to choose from.

I cannot recommend Amanda highly enough. After a lifetime of back problems, I started Barre last year, and Pilates earlier this year. I'm now so much stronger and more flexible - its not just me who thinks this, the physiotherapist at the hospital could see the changes too. The classes are small, so lots of individual attention. Amanda really understands anatomy, and has lots of modifications for people who need extra help with some of the exercises. Thank you, Amanda!
