I had been in this laundry quite a few times but the lady attendant who is incharge is very arrogant and rude especially with indians dont know how to treat the customers very disrespectful although that lady being an Asian. Its like a sort of discrimination i faced many times when i visit this chalfont laundry.

I was on holiday in the area for a few weeks and came here to do my laundry. The ladies are very friendly and helpful but don't suffer fools lightly. They supply soap and fabric conditioner at a cost, the smallest washing machine cost £7 and the dryer is £1 for 5 minutes.

Do not go here!!! You will spend £20 and your stuff will still be unclean and wet. Lady is also very rude

Before I begin, I would give zero stars if I could.As soon I stepped into the store, the lady working was having an argument with her son with dyed hair. I literally stood there for a good thirty seconds whilst they were arguing about public transport.She finally decided to ask Can I help you?"

The lady there she is short and black hair with dark eye shadow. I came there for service wash and asked her I don have cash I need to pay by card. She said to me we don’t have a cardMachines. That also very rudely. It’s not the first time it’s the third time she did it.

the lady who's working there is very rude she don't know to talk with Costumers she talk with Asian people very rudely. she is a resist with some regions and treat with disrespect

the lady attending the place could be a bit more accomodating and orient people on how the machines are operated and how much they need. Instead of having this condescending tone w/c is unecessary as not everyone coming in is familiar with the process. She also gets the customers to show others what button to press or where the detergents are poured. This would not be needed if a run through was done by her or a member of staff in the first place. a little change in the service and attitude would go a long way and get more customers to come back.
