*DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE* bought a car of these bandits and it broke down after just 5 week they want it away to be repaired and had it for 8 weeks for it to break Down again after 20 mins of having it back. They have left me with out a car and the service was no existent ride on the phone no response to emails they have completely ripped me off. *DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE*

I bought a car from them recently and it was a smooth and nice experience. The team was patient with my extra pickieness over every detail and handled every query so well. They helped me pick the best finance option and the delivery of the vehicle and after care was fantastic. I've had the car for over 3 month now and I have not experienced any issues. It was well looked after and faultless. For a 7 year old car it feels brand new.Highly recommend them. All their cars are in top condition and the staff are good people. Highly professional.

Booked in to see a car. I was running about 10 minutes late so I let them know I would be late. In response I was told the car had already been sold.I am totally heartbroken this was done as I had travelled over an hour to get there an was relying on this vehicle to transport my young family.I was told it was just first come first served.I feel completely let down.**Update**The car was listed again 1 week later but at £600 more than when I booked in to view it. Called to ask why it was a higher cost, and was told the manager decided to add to the original autotrader cost.The price was also £300 different from the price listed on the website and was again told the higher price would be final cost.STAY AWAY

I live in Yorkshire & travelled down to Greenford to look at 2016 BMW 730d. I specifically asked if the paintwork was original. The salesman assured me it was & the condition was in line with the mileage covered (78K). I paid my deposit of £500 & agreed a pick up date. When I arrived, the car had been started & had two guys sitting in it. One got out & the other pulled the car out for me to view. On inspection, the rear and both of the back doors had been repainted, to a poor standard. You could see paint / lacquer lips on all the openings, the prep was poor and the finish a little dull. The car had not been subject to an insurance claim, but the appearance was comparable with a cat N car. I complained to the salesman, who said he wasn't too good with paint & didn't see it. He then contradicted himself and said, maybe the rear quarter had been repainted. I proceeded to show him the evidence of the repaint. He then made a call & agreed to refund my deposit. A total waste of a day & out of pocket, with fuel costs.. Very disappointed. Not what you expect from a £20,000.00 car!

Awful service, I had a viewing booked and confirmed. Halfway in to my 2 hour journey I called them to say I was still on my way, I was told someone else came to view the car. They didn’t even let me know before hand and I wasted 4 hours of my precious time and my petrol on the M25 stuck in traffic.

Purchased my car on the weekend that I was looking forward to picking up. Huge thanks to Adam for sorting this and making it happen as there was a few little issues with collecting the car that was at no one’s fault and couldn’t be helped but Adam accommodated us and made sure we were able to pick up the car on the said date and that we did.There was however miss communication in regards to the Brake pads and discs being changed that on pick up we could see had not been done. We were then told that wasn’t said when it was definitely said prior. I had a friend go to see the car for me and this was also said to him prior collection as well as over the phone.We questioned it and was told only the pads on the front and back and on further inspection we could see that the rear pads have not been changed. Only the fonts were changed. Wether they needed to be done is another story, being told they are going to be changed and then seeing that they haven’t is disappointing.No disrespect towards the lady who dealt with us but we found her coming across as rude, especially over the phone and a chain of events that occurred she wasn’t very accommodating. And after being told she would get back to us on a numerous amount of times she never did which kept us in the dark on not knowing what’s happening as a customer we don’t know how things work in the motor trade so we appreciate any communication when promised.It was advertised as having Apple Car Play & Wireless charging but sadly it didn’t. This was listed on the Auto Trader under the Specifications list but sadly prior to driving away we noticed it didn’t have this.All in all happy with the car itself and On arrival Adam was very welcoming. Hope this is seen as structural criticism and of course agree to disagree but this was our experience.Thanks TeamAll the best And best of luck in business

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! put deposit on car, then done a search and found out it had been completely smashed in and repaired. Asked if the car had been checked for any accidents and was told its all fine then told him I done a check on it then he blamed his colleague that he did the checks and must of nit done them correct then told us we habe to wait 3 working days for a refund on our dopsit and still waiting. Also he doesn't like to communicate with women as he ignored my gf who was buying the car everything she messaged him or rang him then would answer to me calls until je owed us money then done answer any calls

It was all going swimmingly until the car was delivered -- a free" service in London. Not free if they break ULEZ signage and you have to pay the ticket which they dispute that they are responsible for because YOU are the registered the owner of the vehicle they deliver. Truly

DO NOT USE - Put a deposit down on a car and going through the process to find they had sold it to another person despite sending over all the V5 information to me as we were during the process.Terrible communication, terrible business and extremely disappointing when you, yourself, are trying to run a small business.
