Great that the Metro are having a trial of 3 months allowing dogs on rhe Metro. So useful for my sister and her dog who travels using buses.

It’s very helpful with school runs. From west bromwich to bilston and back again. As the buses are very unreliable. But i lost £50 metro pass due to it temporarily closure.

Got our money worth, because of the disruption on the railways . we took our chance on the metro . we had all day ticket as this worked out cheaper , and went to wolverhampton to buy tickets for the panto . then we went all the way through to birmingham new street . then came back to wednesbury . the inividual journeys would have cost over £25 . we did it all for £10 !!

Excellent service and gives value for money with its Daysaver tickets. The free parking at some of the stops makes this an even better reason to use this excellent service.

I am currant on the tram from Birmingham to Bilston.The conductor on board is the rudest person out.He would have appeared to have lost the power of speech.Not once have I heard him speak. He just walks up to people and glares at them for them to produce their ticket or pass.When one young woman didn't respond because she had her back to him he prodded her.Surely he's not allowed to touch someone especially a female.?

Cannot always rely on tram times, as they don't stick to the timetable online.. Also the amount of times they are delayed due to power outages and or lines down is ridiculous.Also I forgot my swift card on one morning and even though the conductor knows I have one still charged me over 3 quid for a three stop journey that took six minutes.. Too expensive especially when they not reliable.
