extremely rude , disrespectful receptionists.Very unprofessionalNo respect for patients at all.The surgery doctors and nurses are good but the receptionists and phone services is very bad.

They will only book you appointment once you have recovered or dead, simple answer from them is if it that urgent call 111 or call urgent GP. Receptionists here only there to crack a joke between themselves and have cuppa, Conway social club rather medical centre.

Receptionist & others Extremely rude, they need to be more professional than being a CowGirls? if they don’t change, then I’m thinking of boycotting them And moving my seven families to a different professional surgery

Appointment are never available, I have been calling to change my prescription for 3 days at 11am and it's says we are close, call back money to Friday 8-5pm. Which I am doing !!

The receptionist are very disrespectful and rude. They do not have any many manners and are always blaming the patient.

If anyone has problems with this centre, you should report it to the CQC. Hopefully then they can work on improving on their service. I had a traumatic experience with this GP. And I was getting nowhere. It’s affected me badly. Thankfully I’m no longer with them. Only after I reported them, I received a full apology from the surgery for what they put me through.

Doctors are amazing here been a patient my whole life. The receptionists are genuinely awful. Been on hold over an hour and there were 4 callers in the queue. Been number one for half the time. Unbelievable that the phone takes over an hour to answer. In terms of service this place is bottom tier and without improvement to staffing doesn't really stand a chance.

Very rude receptionist they talk like really bad ways in one word they are just rudest and ill-mannered need to change or hire someone educated on the reception who knows how to talk with human like a human

Who needs a doctor when you got uneducated receptionist who think they are doctors. Very rude un professional receptionist. Phoned at 9 am an she is offering me a appointment at another surgery at 9pm . Very good doctors but they are let down by receptionist who have no medical knowledge have not taken no medical oath love to gossip an we should tell them everything private lol this is what happens when you give hoodrats a job as a receptionist

The person I spoke to at 2 pm. on the 4th of October 2023, female staff. I would like to start by saying on 2 occasions, I have had an allergic reaction to penicillin . I have advised doctors, and yet I was prescribed pills with penicillin in it . I assumed my doctors would not prescribe these pills to me cause they should know better . I took the pill and then realised I was getting a reaction, then decided to read the box and realised there was penicillin in the medication. You think you can trust the doctors, but of course you can't. I guess you live and learn. The female staff I spoke to said to me this is all my fault, and I should have checked the box. Last I checked this apart of you guys' job description to give out the correct medication . There are deaf blind and dumb people out there who rely on the words of doctors. They have an expectation, and if you can't do your job or lack the care, then you shouldn't be in it .
