Absolute joke of a surgery called surgery for an appointment was told to go to Forrester street at 7.30pm only to find it closed staff very rude and no manner NHS is supposed to be there doe taxpayers but looks like doctors are getting rich sitting g doing nothing especially at this surgery

My wife is health is condition not good i call the doctorThis is the worst surgery ever. Incompetent reception staff. Reception staff think they can make diagnosis and determine what is best for you. Only the GP is qualified to do this. The staff are unbelievably rude and I don’t know how this surgery is still open. Zafrin and shimrose the practice manager need to work on their people skills. I hope this surgery gets shut down. No one deserves the poor treatment they provide.

This is the worse surgery that i known, patients are not important to them, i took my son in the surgery doctor checked him and said he is fine, the same day his condition got worse i took him to a&e they said he has got chest infectionWe don't have a option of giving - stars to them if i did i would of given -stars to them

just want to say receptionist Atiyya Lorgat is very helpful and understanding and fantastic patient service , she is alert and knows what she is doing at her job.The nurse at the GP is lovely too and caring.Thank you

The worse practice by a mile, the receptionists are the least helpful and have a rotten attitude and to have to book an appointment for my illness and they tell me we can see you in 7 days is damn right out of order 100% changing my practice and would not recommend this place even if it was the last one on earth.

Amazing service. Everytime i use Econsult i get a response within 24-48hours so much easier than sitting on the phone at 8am every morning like other surgeries trying to get a appointment.

This is absurd not a clinic!!!!!! I had an appointment by phone on 14.94.23 at 11:45. I was ahead of schedule. I go to the reception and she tells me that I had a visit yesterday. It's a joke, I work and I can't take time off work that often. Total failure! It's a scandal that such institutions exist at all and there are no strong ones for it!

THE WORST GP SURGERY EVER. THE GIRL ZAFRINA ON THE FRONT DESK DONT KNOW WHO SHE THINKS SHE IS!! HER ATTITUDE IS DISGUSTING? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, DONT KNW HOW SHE GOT A JOB THERE? General Practitioners are held to the same standards as other medical professionals and owe their patients appropriate and adequate levels of care. THIS IS WHAT YOU DONT GET FROM THEM!!!! IN REGARDS TO GETTING AN APPOINMENT FOR SOMEONE ELSE WHOS NOT WELL? THEY ARE GROWN ADULTS"? YEAH WE KNOW THEY ARE GROWN ADULTS BUT IF THEY ARE IN PAIN AND AGONY
