A1 service from start to finish, I left Mark a message and he got straight back to me, when I attempted to explain the problem with somewhat limited knowledge Mark understood what I had done wrong.He picked up my laptop and I had it delivered back fully repaired and upgraded from Windows 7 to 10. Mark even took the time to source and fit a new battery which was another job that I had intended to do! this was all done in a few days and at a very realistic price.I would not hesitate in personally recommending him and felt totally comfortable in leaving my data with him....THANKS AGAIN MARK!!,

Had a very frustrating issue with Microsoft office on my Mac which I couldn't rectify with my limited knowledge. Mark came down and after some troubleshooting took the PC away for further testing etc., The problem was fixed and whilst at it he put in a new super quick hard drive. I had excellent communication with Mark and he was very helpful both online and on a call. Further to this I had an old laptop that was getting very slow and was considering buying a new one. Had I not gone to mark I would have, but now with a new SSD instead of the old HDD my laptop is as good as new, thanks again Mark!

Fast, trustworthy and reliable. Would definitely use again. Mark fixed the lcd of my MacBook Air after I broke the screen closing the lid accidentally on the power cable. Much cheaper than replacing MacBook. Dropped off in morning, collected in afternoon, so minimal downtime during work hours. Much appreciated. Thanks Mark
