Morales has been phenomenal. Absolute earth angel and has been so kind. I am disabled and have a brain injury so my understanding has been affected but Morales has kindly explained everything and most importantly fixed the problem so I have hot water! Morales recently replaced our boiler and upgraded our gas feed as we ordered via BOXT. He came out two days before the job to inspect thoroughly to ensure his team were prepared and he could be as efficient as possible on the day of job. He explained everything to me ahead of job and offered guidance where I requested it. The workmanship and care displayed during the replacement and upgrade was superb and we are very happy.
