I recently sold my shared ownership property. I had entrusted my property transaction to your expertise, but the experience proved to be frustrating and unsatisfactory.The sale process was inordinately lengthy, far exceeding the expected timeframes. While I understand that shared ownership sales can be more complex, the lack of prompt action by your firm in chasing crucial documents from various parties exacerbated the delay. I resorted to seeking guidance from my colleagues who work in conveyancing to understand the process and effectively chase documents.Despite providing the solicitor with regular updates on the status of documents, I continued to receive unnecessary and generic chaser letters. This created unnecessary confusion and raised doubts about the solicitor's commitment to keeping me informed.Overall, the service provided by your firm fell significantly short of my expectations. The lack of proactive communication, inadequate document chasing, and overall inefficiency caused unnecessary stress and delay in the sale of my property.In light of these issues, I am compelled to express my strong disapproval of the services provided by your firm. I would strongly advise against recommending your firm to others.I request a thorough review of my case and a prompt response to address the shortcomings I have outlined.
