Was having a new kitchen so it was necessary to have the wiring checked and upgraded and have new Lights fitted into the ceiling plus a new consumer board.ElectVicks was recommended by our kitchen fitters , made sense as they could work in tandem. As normal with all installs there are issues waiting to happen. One occurred and Wiktor turned up quickly in the evening and investigated what was wrong . The issue was found and resolved .Pleasant team and issues explained .Satisfied with results.

Called and asked for a replacement heatsink after my previous Nest product failed. Within 24 hours Wiktor got in touch and shortly after fitted the new item within minutes.Even took the time to custom write an invoice for Google so I could RMA my old product.Top service, nice guy.Gareth
