Helpful staff. Didn't have what I needed, so arranged for it to be delivered to my local store from another store that had stock. Called me on arrival so I could pick it up

I ordered a tile cutting disc on click and collect on the 21st October, when I arived payment had not been excepted, no problem I bought the item and paid over the counter. After returning home payment for £73.18 had been taken twice. I rang the branch and was told I wouuld get a refund but it would take a while. The next week I was contacted to say my item was at Radstock waiting collection. I explained the above and was told Item would go back into stock and I would get my refund.The staff were first class at radstock branch. Head Office I would like my refund PLEASE!!

Had to wait 10 minutes in the yard to get served even tho I was the only customer there and when I tried to speak to the yard men one of them completely blanked me

Although this is mainly a trade outlet, there is a small retail shop as well. The staff are extremely friendly and polite. There's a limited range, but prices are good.
