Richard and David are so helpful to people in the shop. Nothing is too much trouble and they know their stuff about anything you ask. My husband and I cannot stress enough how kind and helpful they are. David and another man we excellent when my chair was delivered too.

Richard was incredibly helpful with providing a wheelchair for my dad. He ensured the fit and support was correct for dad and everything was arranged quickly and efficiently. He made a stressful time so much easier - thank you Richard!

I spoke to Richard, the Manager of the Poundbury branch on the phone explaining my urgent need for a wheelchair for my 100 year old father.I have bought various items from the Weymouth branch over the years and found the Company to be very professional and helpful.I visited the Poundbury branch and was immediately put at ease with the knowledge and advice given to me by Richard. Sadly, my budget didn’t stretch to purchasing a new Wheelchair for my father, but Richard was able to show me a second hand one, in excellent condition.He arranged to come to my father’s Nursing home in Weymouth that afternoon with the chair. After a few tweaks, Richard had adjusted the chair to perfectly fit. My father was so comfortable, that he fell asleep in it instantly!Having been bed bound for two months, it was a relief to all our family to finally see him out of bed.A huge thank you Richard for going the extra mile and making the purchase of the right wheelchair so easy, quick and at the right price. Many thanks for dispatching my 'replacement wheelchair components' . . . they arrived promptly (today) . . . I have fitted them and the wheelchair which my wife owns is now up and running again.Your efficient mailing system means the items arrived in very good time. Last minute emergency averted by the great service of Richard and the team who once ordered, supplied a charger for our mobility scooter next day - Fantastic. Will use again.

Richard and the staff are absolutely fabulous. After trying to source an inner tube for months for my Drive Cobra Mobility Scooter, they came to the rescue with not only the correct inner tube, it was at an amazing price. I had searched high and low for my part (even ordering one from Holland which was too big!) I ordered late on a Friday afternoon and it was here by 9.0am the next morning. I'm so relived, happy and can thoroughly recommend Active Mobility to all for all your Mobility needs.!

IF YOU HAVE A SCOOTER ISSUE TALK TO THESE PEOPLE FIRST...I had called a number of repairers in my area and the quotes were astronomical. Not one tried to suggest a fix I could do myself, but they all said can't diagnose remotely

I have been using Active Mobility for all items relating to MY health for 3 years. The staff have always been helpful, understanding, and most importantly knowledgeable about what is available to help me get out and about which has been my objective, and latterly move around at home. I have recommended them to my friends and my family and they too have had a fantastic service. When asked they will always be my first port of call because if they can’t help you then no one can. They really are brilliant.

Desperately needed a new battery charger and the lovely man ordered it from manufacturers on Monday and it was delivered Thursday. Excellent company to deal with and staff are so helpful. Would definitely recommend
