Walked into the showroom, neither assistant acknowledged our arrival both on their phones.Spent a good 5 minutes looking around still no acknowledgement. When I called for assistance neither cba to attend to my query. Reluctantly one assistant came over. We walked out and got much better service at Discount Tiles and Giant.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff even in the middle of a shop re-fit. Ordering in samples and Mark even searched in the back of the shop (successfully) for similar tiles to the ones we had just chosen, but with the next day delivery service we required as we were in a hurry. Would definitely recommend this company.

The company I work for have been using CTD for over 30 years and have barely any complaints about the service and the quality in which the company is run and how it treats customers. You can buy cheaper elsewhere, but i wouldn't recommend it. You get what you pay for and you won't be disappointed.

Called into Stockton branch. No pushy salesman and just left to browse. When we semi decided on the tile Mark was very helpful and gave us advice on coloured grout to enhance the tile. He checked if he had a sample but there wasn't one and so I went online and ordered one patterned and one plain. They came really quickly and were well packed. We were still a little undecided to went back to Stockton and decided on the same tile but in white. Again ordered a sample to be sure which came quickly but limited availability". Telephone call to Mark as didn't want to miss these tiles as been searching a while for "the right ones". Mark remembered us
