Really good rang up got appointment same day

Rang to have my prescription sent to where I attend university and when asked the postcode of where I wanted to sent to I asked her to give me a second to double check I had it right and the receptionist lady went on a rant about how my call wasn’t important. She stated about how there were people on the phone waiting who actually needed help and she told me to ring back later. In the time it took me to get the postcode she had been ranting for over a minute. Anyway, I rang back 3 hours later and a different woman answered I told her I wanted to change my pharmacy and she said “oh yeah you’re the post code girl” so the first woman had clearly been talking about me behind my back. It’s been over a week and after all that they sent my prescription to their pharmacy while I’m over an hour and a half drive away from it. Frustrated isn’t the word.

Saw practice nurse Ele today who was absolutely brilliant, listened to me and helped me loads

Went to the surgery to get registered, was asked my address, given registration papers and booked in for an appointment in 3 weeks time. The next day, the surgery called me to offer a cancelled appointment for that night, I accepted. Half an hour before the appointment, the surgery called again to say that there had been a mix up and the cancelled appointment that evening had been given to someone else, and my original appointment had also been given away. I rebooked another appointment for around 3 weeks.I attended my appointment, handed in registration papers, saw the nurse and left the surgery with an online login, believing I had registered with the GP and could order my repeat prescription.The next day I received a phone call from the Surgery, informing me that I was in fact not registered with them because I lived outside of their area, despite having told them my address before making my first appointment, And living a 5 minute drive away... What a waste of three weeks. In addition to this, The receptionist suggested that I return to my previous Gp (in north wales) to get my medication... I explained why I could not do this and needed to get my repeat prescription, to which I was rudely told they could not help me because I was not registered. Now still stuck without medication and needing to repeat the whole process again due to this surgey’s Incompetence. Massive waste of time.

Tried to make an appointment as I had a temperature and suspected laryngitis. I was laughed at by the receptionist when I rang and could barely speak. She said it sounds as though you have laringytis and. When I asked if she could give me any advice. I was told I’m not a Dr and Don’t expect an appointment on the day you ring to see a Dr. How ridiculous. Ha ha. I then tried again the same evening as I felt so poorly. I was then told we have no appointments. Can get you in on the 4th November. Terrible experience with staff who are just not bothered.

Shocking receptionist really ignorant rang up to book appointment because wanted to see doctor. For my 3 month old daughter she didn’t ask for name d.o.b straight fobbed me of to some random opticians. To then be sent back to to go

I would just like to say Dr jubb is a fantastic Doctor and a credit to the surgery from walking into the room you feel at ease she listens to everything you say when you finished she explains thing clearly she go's above and beyond to help her patients you can see she is just a wonderful lady.

Doctors are fine it's the receptionists that's the problem with this surgery. If they do answer the phone they are either rude or think they themselves are Doctors!

Just been to surgery to sort out an issue with my Covid Pass on my phone. The ladies who were there couldn't have been more helpful and patient and resolved the issue. I cannot thank them enough.

The receptionist, Marzia, was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked one simple thing from her and that was for my medical records. Instead of helping me she said that since I was in the process of moving house, I was kicked out of this practice even though my house sale wasn't even completed yet. I asked and even said I would collect these but instead she canceled my membership there and basically told me to do one. Completely unprofessional and disgusting. DO NOT USE!
