Kwik Fit Plus - Milton Keynes - Bletchley

Great service from Alan, did a top job for us and gave good advice. I was really impressed watching him with other customers. Even when super-busy he went out of his way to help, doing small jobs himself when techs were unavailable. Great stuff.

What great service!!! I was blown away. Having telephoned a few places and been told nothing for over a week I took a chance and drove to Kwik Fit, fully expecting to be asked 'do you have an appointment?'. Instead it was 'you take a seat and we'll take a look!' 30 minutes later I was leaving with a repaired tyre, much lower than expected bill, and having been served by the most friendly team I've met in a long while. Great job!

Had x2 Goodyear F1 asymmetrical 6 fitted yesterday to the fronts, although I clearly stated no locking nut needed as just standard bolts the operator spent more time in my boot even taking photos of contents then messing around on the back wheels that don't need touching.Worse thing is would have been done in half the time if they just got on with the job.Even provided them with the tyre pressure figure needed in fronts on the key. So unsure why they needed to semi mot the car at the same time.After all this unnecessary invasion of privacy, especially as i had expensive tools in boot they didn't even give like a report or feedback on supposed findings or tyre wear on your rears.On inspection of the tyres and checking the tyre pressure was correct I was shocked to find they had reused the old valves and on both sides too... Yet bill shows £13 charge for new valves. Unbelievable joke of trying to claw back some profit, or just poor practice and laziness.Thought I'd give them a chance as only a simple tyre change but seems there bad name is still justified.BTW using an impact gun on wheel nuts then going round after with a torque wrench is pointless as the torque has already been exceeded and all the torque wrench is doing is confirming it's exceeded and not to manufacturing spec, even more so when he done the same on my rear wheels. Avoid or use at your peril.

Dave and his colleague (couldn't catch his name) plus the rest of their team provided outstanding customer service and experience. Drove in without appointment and they had everything sorted in no time. This is now my default local garage!

After having my Honda accord leaving me stranded at the side of the road, I called the team in Bletchley they told me it would be the 25th it could be repaired, I got the car recovered to the centre and got seen to swiftly and by my shock I had a call 2 days later on the 20th saying it was ready to be collected, I can’t thank Dave, Allen, jay for keeping me with what’s going on and getting it sorted so quickly! And the repair bill was better than expected, the car drives so much better it’s unreal!

Great, honest service. Nice thing to find in a garage. I went in to have the TPMS sensor replaced on my Mercedes. But they found that the sensor was fine and only charged for replacing the valve, which was a quarter of the original quoted price for replacing and programming the sensor. I value honesty in garages as that is not always the case. I have now booked my car in to go back for a Mercedes manufacturer's B service. Best of all, once the servicing is complete, they will also update the Mercedes online service system, without my having to pay dealer prices.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Kwik Fit Plus - Bletchley. The work was done in a highly professional manner and in the shortest possible time! There was an urgent need to change a tire on my BMW 3 Series G21. How much surprised I was, when the guys found that particular tire for me and installed it really quickly! All that was for the reasonable price. Thanks for such amazing service!!

Absolutely outstanding customer service and l can't thank the team at Kwik fit Bletchley for getting back on the road so quickly. I was in Bletchley on business about 3 hours from home when I realised as I was about to make my journey home that I had a major problem with a front tyre. I was able to limp to Kwik fit and fortunately they had a suitable replacement tyre. Clearly they were very busy however they realised that this tyre change was imperative and managed to squeeze me in. As I said, outstanding customer service from all. I can't thank them enough.
