What a wonderful shop to enter, its just so Inspector Morse, doing something I have never done before, selling jewellery that I hadn't worn for years. They were courteous, made me (and my sister), feel confident that they were indeed a good establishment and would give a fair price for what I had to sell. I was delighted! Could I have got more if I had walked round a number of stores, possibly but I decided no, I genuinely believed that these were honest people and that I could trust them. I am very happy with the transaction and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends (in fact I already have). 7 out of 5

My partner and I bought my engagement ring from Reginald Davis, and I recommend them SO much. Not being used to jewelry stores, and looking for cubic zirconia rather than diamond, we were a little nervous about what to expect and worried about anyone pressuring us into choosing diamond! Having emailed the store in advance and received a friendly reply confirming what they had in store, we visited and found my perfect ring. The jewelers were so friendly, non-imposing, happy to chat to us, and made us feel great and our choice. Not only was the ring affordable, it was actually under-budget, leaving us with more flexibility for wedding planning! I highly recommend choosing this store, and choosing second-hand jewelry and lab-grown stones for a more earth-friendly alternative to buying new from high street stores.

Wonderful experience.I walked in with my mother who was visiting. We wanted to have a look at some jewellery and silver tea pots . The lady who showed us was particularly helpful and patient and I walked out with a beautiful ring.I even cheekily asked if they would clean another ring I was wearing and the gentleman in the back did so immediately.Thank you for being so welcoming, I will certainly return !

Agreed to re-size my wedding ring at rate much cheaper than either of other 2 jewellers I talked to. Confident in them.

Really helpful staff. Came in to get a diamond ring valued. He advised me on what type of ring it was and that I would get more money listing it on eBay. He didn’t try and low ball me.
