Can not thank Brian enough, friendly efficient and professional. Very responsive from calling him he came out carried out several checks to identify the fault and within 48hr he had ordered the parts, installed them and everything was back running as normal.Highly recommend

Brian was excellent! We had a problem with our washing machine and he came out to fix within the following day. Fixed within minutes and showed us how to correct the problem if it happens again. Will definitely be in touch in the future. Thanks Brian you were brilliant! Keep doing what you’re doing. 5 stars from us.

Top guy! My tumble dryer and oven both broke at the same time. Couldn’t really afford to pay out for new ones so found Brian on Facebook and gave him a call based on all the good reviews.He was friendly and helpful, sorted the tumble dryer out free of charge as it was a quick fix and explained what had happened and how to stop it happening again in the future. Replaced oven element and got that sorted for a very reasonable price.Overall would recommend him to anyone, definitely keeping his number handy. Thank you!

Great service!Broken washer dryer; phoned Brian, he came out the next day to identify the problem. Brian is very responsive and very professional. Washing machine broke and contacted Brian and he promptly arrived in time at the property. Fixed the issue and left the house neat and clean. Would definitely recommend him to anyone with issues with appliances.

Called up this morning after spending the last 2 days testing why my washer/dryer wouldn't heat up. Quick call and run through what I'd tested and was told what I was expecting, he was extremely helpful and knew what the issue was immediately. Unfortunately in this instance I'm having to replace it but any breaks in the future I'll be coming here first!!!

Can only echo all the other reviews, which I read before choosing this company. Brian was punctual and professional in all aspects of his work. He is very knowledgeable and diagnosed fault very quickly and at a fair price. No hesitation in recommending his services to anyone.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDBrian came as agreed, on time and was very pleasant. NOTE:- Its a £20 cash call out fee.Looked at my Hotpoint (Aqualtis super silent) Washing Machine as had been making a racket for a couple of weeks. I had thought it was the belt wearing/moving but after a good look at (and in) the washer, Brian advised it was banging/noisy as the concrete weight had come loose also advising that the belt looked ok even though its getting on.Brian resolved the issue quickly and professionally and was gone within 20 minutes! Washer is again quiet.I would definitely recommend Brian and the company without hesitation.If they had been disingenuous they could easily have told me literally any issue and as i need the washer i would have had to either get it fixed or replaced. However, as this was NOT the case, the fix was quick (and luckily!) cheap to resolve.I really appreciate that and I will use them again if i have issues with other appliances.
