Car booked in for MOT and to investigate an issue with cooling system. Car dropped off at 8:30; diagnosed, parts ordered and fitted and MOT complete by 2:30. Was kept informed at all stages and of costs by Mike Lowe whom I have found a very helpful and friendly person to deal with on all the past occasions I have dealt with Chapelhouse for servicing.

Great when selling the car but don't fall for the warranty or free mots. These only apply if you service your car with them every six months, as ive just found out. I purchased a nissan leaf in march 23.. It's just failed mot on the exact same suspension arm that was supposed to have been fixed on the previous mot. I'm not wasting my time taking it back to be told its not covered cos i havent had it serviced Absolute blag.
