Such a professional outfit. They kept our old boiler going until we were ready for a new one and it has now been installed by Phillipe. He was very considerate of the disruption such a big install caused and kept us informed every step of the way. The work was all completed on time, on price and the new boiler is working beautifully and very quietly. I have no trouble in recommending E&W.

Carried out a highly professional repair on our combined bath taps/shower head, with parts organised at short notice and very quickly through Corrinne and fitting by Seb. This is the third plumbing job E & W have carried out for us in the last few years. On each occasion, the results of the repairs have been better than the original systems. In our experience, an engineer came out at midnight to fix a leaking toilet and on a Sunday to attend to a leaking gas appliance, wonderful for peace of mind.Apart from emergency call-outs and the usual routine repairs, E&W has given us excellent professional advice for new build heating and bathing systems by using detailed video assessments. These visual records help produce accurate estimates and speed up work in progress - engineers can quickly get backup advice, if there's a problem.Problem-solving is an E&W speciality, such as fitting a Salamander booster pump to improve a dribbling water flow and renovating a beloved Victorian overhead cistern that had turned into a mini-Niagara Falls.Emergencies, routine plumbing, designing and installing: E&W can quick fit and mastermind. We don't worry about plumbing problems; we call E&W.

Easy to get through to E&W plumbing via phone/email and great responses as we had experienced issues in getting hold of a plumber we used before. Generally nowadays getting responses from plumbers is tricky. Connor was very personable, friendly and provided good information. Best plumbing co I have ever used in 37 years or so!

We have just had a new central heating system installed by E & W plumbing - the team were hard working and efficient; Richard planned the system taking into account future extension plans and was highly responsive throughout. We look forward to a much warmer winter than last year!

I would highly recommend Corinne, who repaired our boiler when we were left with no heating or hot water. Despite this being a factory fault on our new boiler, she was able to get it working and guide us to get the root cause fixed under warranty, saving us money. She is the most honest tradesperson I've ever met, and I will most definitely be contacting again should I need her services in future!
