I bought a 3 series BMW from Dace last month and the buying process from start to finish was superb. Simon who I dealt with was very approachable and really knowledgeable. I was left to view the car I liked on my own and there was no pressure put on me at all. A few weeks after purchase a few slight issues arose with the car, but they were the type of issues that would have been impossible for Dace to know about. After contacting them, everything was rectified without any hassle so 10/10 for the after sales care. Would definitely recommend.

Lots of fantastic cars to chose from, when viewing Callum wasn’t pushy, he left me to view a car I liked alone which felt like I wasn’t pressured into buying something. He knew a lot about the different cars any questions I asked he was certainly knowledgeable. I purchased a car unfortunately it has some DPF issues (not the dealers fault) and they fixed it immediately no questions asked, then the issue occurred again and Dace was happy to take the car back and refund me. Because I felt very reassured and it was hassle free customer experience I bought another car from Dace again and so far it’s fantastic! I Will be going back to upgrade next year! Thanks

Adam was a great help in purchasing my first car he made sure to explain everything to me as well as answered any questions I had. Everything that was spoken about was also present in emails after the appointment. He also made sure I was updated in the process and made sure the requirements I hoped for were met. Brilliant from start to finish. All staff I dealt with were friendly and approachable. Adam was really helpful and very personable. There was no hard sell when first looking at the vehicle and the same approach taken when moving into the next stages, absolutely no pressure put on me to put down a deposit or walk away with the car there and then. Even though the vehicle was already of a high standard and well looked after, Adam was more than accommodating in making sure everything was right for me when I drove it away.
