I wish there was option to give them negative stars extremely poor service and below legal requirement maintenance they were reported to local council housing officer with long list of issues in building.Poor ventilation building infested with Mould flats would smell horrible unless windows are kept openMissing carpet on floor making it very slippery landlord kept promising would be fixed for 12 months and never did.Poor cleaning in communal areas spider infestationPoorly build / insulated most of evening flat would smell horrible due to people cooking downstairsParking shutter broken for months and months invalidating vehicle insurancePhone / door entry never worked even though this was advertised as one of property features.Signed 3 years contract and gave notice after 12 monthsWould never use them again.

Wow what can I say, Will and his team have done a wonderful job in selling my flat in Kingston for me.I live abroad, so I needed a reliable, pro-active estate agent capable of selling my flat in my absence to manage efficiently all the viewings and offers; which they did very competently and professionally. I just bought my first home with Will and Amanta and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, they were different than every other estate agent I viewed properties with - they weren't pushy or pressuring and it didn't feel like they were playing games with what they said, communication just felt honest and normal. People kept warning me that once the offer is accepted you fall to the bottom of estate agents' priority and you have to constantly chase them up, but this wasn't the case at all. Will always replied immediately, usually within a few hours, and was always very on it with getting answers and providing information, which made me feel like he was personally invested and on my side. It was honestly about as perfect a first home buying process I could have hoped for and can't recommend them enough!

I don’t usually write reviews spontaneously, but this time I feel is absolutely worth it. My partner and I are looking to buy a property in Kingston, and we have been dealing for the past weeks with Amanta. I could define her professional, but surely it wouldn’t be enough. She has been the most caring and nicest agent we have dealt with so far (and, unfortunately we dealt with many!). Not only she has tried to find a good fit for our needs, but, as I’m 8 months pregnant, she has been showing us only properties that were an absolute match, rather than showing us properties around well above our budget (as many other competitor agents did!!).
