I was a student at ELC and I have recently passed both my 11+ and St Anselm's exams. Rodge was a fantastic teacher and his sessions were far better than school! He helped me so much through Year 5 and put the effort in every session to make sure each and everyone of us enjoyed ourselves and had lots of fun.

ELC go above and beyond to help students and make lessons fun. The additional free resources including online classes, test papers and homework are fantastic and really encourage learning and engagement. My son also loves collecting the ELC cards and exchanging them for small prizes. Highly recommend for 11+ preparation.

My son has attended for several months with Lorraine and absolutely loves it, he says it is better than school! He really enjoys the engaging learning and collecting the cards/ducks. I would highly recommend ELC to other parents for 11+ preparation.

My daughter has started with ELC as we felt she needed some help building her confidence with maths. ELC have been amazing, my daughter looks forward to her sessions and is always full of enthusiasm afterwards telling me all about what she has learned. It has done wonders for her confidence and given her a much better understanding in areas that she was previously struggling with. I would highly recommend ELC!

The Carlsberg of Tutoring!Couldn’t recommend enough!Both of my daughters have had preparation through ELC and we honestly couldn’t have improved it in any way.The combination of small-group tutoring, online homework to complete and online booster Sunday session were brilliant.The Booster days through the summer and Mock exams offered were fabulous.Most of all, both girls looked forward to the sessions as they are fun and engaging.As a parent, regular feedback is invaluable.

ELC are just brilliant! I cant fault them at all. So much work is put into the home work each week to make it engaging and Roger has a great way with the kids making the lessons as fun as can be. If your looking for a tutor for your child i cant recommend them enough.

We cannot recommend Rodge and ELC enough. Both our children have been tutored by Rodge for both 11+ and St Anselm's exams and he has been incredible, they both passed both exams with flying colours. The kids have absolutely loved their sessions. I would highly recommend ELC

My daughter attended ELC in year 4 with Lorraine and then Year 5 with Rodge. I can’t say enough great things about ELC. The resources are endless, the opportunities to grow are above and beyond, and the enthusiasm of the staff can’t be matched. After Covid causing such a confusing time for children and their relationship with learning, ELC has breathed the life back into my child and given her the confidence to shine. She came skipping out of her exams full of confidence.

My son has just passed his 11+ with flying colours thanks to the team at ELC. He really enjoyed the small group sessions and made good friends with the other children in the class. The teaching style is perfectly pitched to the children's age level and the humour helps to keep them engaged. The online homework is fantastic and instantly marked which saves the frustration of waiting until the next session to check answers. I would highly recommend Rodge and the team at ELC.
