A fantastic range of books, CDs and MP3s covering a selection of mental health conditions. Ideal for anyone wanting to learn more about depression, anxiety disorders, stress, addiction, anger, pain and much more. My personal favourite is the Human Givens book - the new approach to emotional health and clear thinking... it's a fascinating read which I would highly recommend.
