I had two pens for engraving, a 20 minutes job (as they said) for 30 pounds. Unfortunately I had to pop in the shop 4 times after the agreed time during my weekend 9-10/9/2017 wasting my time to check have they finished. Moreover they were ignoring me while waiting which was the most frustrating and unacceptable point. The work has been done by Gream very poorly and off centre and trying to stupid me it is Ok. Discussting service...

Very good service and knowledgeable staff. Jewellers unable to replace Pulsar watch battery. Said they would send away for £40. Or I could try Timpsons! Cost me £21 and free replacements forever!!
