Great place friendly and reasonable price

Been a loyal customer for years. Never had a reason to go elsewhere. Good value. Can be very busy at times is the only negative. Good atmosphere and humour and lots of local news too.

Always efficient and friendly service, booking in advance has only improved the service more, wouldn't go anywhere else.

My partner messaged before hand with pictures of my hair. The guy said he would do it and how much it cost. We walked down and he said because I was a female he won't do it. However my partner is also a female and he gladly did hers. He was very sexist from the second I walked in there. I would not recommend this barber to anyone. Completely sexist and insensitive to people's feelings with his comments. I walked out found somewhere else which was not sexist and will not be going there. I do not feel this is a friendly place for children, transgender or any female with short hair. It's completely disrespectful. And shouldn't be allowed. Will be reporting this shop for the sexist comment as it's against diversity and equality. Please stay away from this shop.

Had my haircut there for years, very friendly and always good result.

Good friendly service, however, I do think it needs brightning up on the decoration and modernise a little, thats just a personal view.
