I had a problem with the assembly of the bike I bought on Amazon and I really don't know how to fix it. Ten minutes ago, I wanted to seek help from this shop. Even though I have never bought anything from this store, the worker kindly repaired my bike without asking me for a penny. I am very grateful to him. I am writing this comment here to tell everyone that the staff in this store are very kind and helpful. I hope more and more people can come here and buy bikes.

I purchased a new bike online and had to partially build it, having never done this kind of thing before, I gave Alan a call as I’ve walked past his shop many times, and asked if he wouldn’t mind having a look just check I had attached the part’s correctly. Popped in around lunchtime and he had a look, tightened the disc brakes a wee bit and refused to accept payment! So I purchased an extremely reasonably priced, high quality D-lock. I will definitely be using Alan’s shop for any services/repairs, could not recommend enough, fantastic service.

Lived close to this bike shop a few years ago and had my bike inspected and parts renewed a few times. No bike shop I went to since came close to your speed of service, very fair prices, friendly staff and making me feel that my bike is in good and honest hands. Thank you!

Great bike shop! Really helpful guy. I dropped in to see if he could have a look at a problem with my bike, hoping for a quick assessment and then booking it in for a proper look, but he fixed it there and then (and pumped up my tyres, always welcome). Good range of gear too. Definitely going back

Got an absolutely fantastic custom build bike at The Bike Smith. Bart completely took into account what I was wanting out of a bike and build one to suit my needs exactly. He kept me involved throughout the process and we discussed individual component as necessary. He went out of his way to try to get the frame and components colouring to match my preferences. While the coronavirus lockdown did understandably delay the process, he made sure I received my bike safely.

Excellent service, the owner is very polite, helpful, knowledgeable and willing to answer all my stupid questions. My bike's brake cable was broken and he helps me to fix it in 20 mins and with a very reasonable price. Will definitely recommend this shop for everyone!!!!

Very very good! The owner helped me pump up my bike which I just bought today and tighten the screw of the kickstand! Very polite and helpful! Saved my life today! Recommend!
