This was my second Kia bought from the Milton Keynes dealership in Wolverton. I was very lucky to have the manager Luke Muncey assist me in my purchase. Very professional and diligent, happy to deal with any query and rectify any issue. Proficiency sorted everything out and the whole process was a as smooth as it could have been. If you are looking at getting a new/used car this is the place to consider highly on your list.

We’ve just bought a new Kia Sportage from the Wolverton Branch and it’s been a fantastic process. Although there was a long wait for the car, Michael Harrington the sales executive, was a pleasure to deal with. From start to finish Michael looked after us, always kept us updated and dealt with us in a very friendly professional manner. In addition, he was always on hand if we needed to contact him. Nothing was too much trouble. We certainly will be dealing with Michael in 3 years time when we look to change the vehicle again. Thank you also Matt and Arzat for your assistance along the way.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Steve Robinson, head of Fleet Sales who sorted out my company vehicle. Steve kept me informed all the way from when I ordered the vehicle up to collection day. He is very thorough and it was easy to build a rapport with him, as he goes above and beyond his role to make sure everything is perfect.Also a mention for Matt B in Rentals who was great when I needed a vehicle whilst waiting for my fleet car. Another great experience buying our 5th Kia from Kia MK. Luke and the rest of the team always make us feel really welcome and let us make our decisions without being pushy. Very friendly dealership - Michael and David took time to explain each step that needed to be taken; and we did not feel rushed or pressurised at any point. The car was ready to collect a week later: fully serviced and valeted; and with the minor paint scuffs repaired. All in all, a very enjoyable and stress-free buying experience!

We were thinking about changing our car (Honda Jazz) but had never considered Kia and knew nothing about the company or their cars. We visited the showroom at Stony Stratford in the morning and spoke to a very pleasant gentleman who said he would find a salesman to attend to us and introduced us to Matt Storey. Matt spent a lot of time with us, showing various cars, finding out what we wanted/needed, and discussing our options. He wasn’t pushy, and arranged a test drive for us. We went away, came back again in the afternoon, he was very patient, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The first gentleman we spoke to also came to speak with us to see how we were getting on; it turned out he was the General Manager of the dealership. It was a very pleasant experience (unlike some dealerships) and we would like to thank Matt and the GM for their kindness and making our visit welcoming. We are now looking forward to our KIA (supplied by the Bletchley KIA branch of the Allen Motor Group).
