(9/12/23) Disgustingly horrible staff manager! The manager is so RUDE and a complete lair. Not offering a refund when I bought an item on the day, when I showed her clearly it says I’m entitled to a refund in their terms and conditions . 100% will never go there again. Such a rude manager they have running that place, I feel sorry for the staff that are managed under this manager.And I have 100% taken this higher and emailed higher management, as this manager suggested I do, so thanks for the advice!13/12/23Wrote an email to the higher manager (area manager) and they said I can get a full refund. So went to the store and showed the manager the email and she immediately was rude and eventually gave a full refund. Very poor service from the manager.Will never go there again.

I went to this store in Wellwyn Garden City on the 1st of September. I was going to fly to Greece the next day and I told the lady to read carefully the info I showed her from my phone from the Gov. UK. I also showed her my last photo of my expired passport in order to help her. She told me to give them my old photo, it should be fine. And I told her that they need a very recent photo for the renewal of my passport. Anyway, she told me that she knows very well how to take the photo, because the photo machine automatically goes to the Greek passport. Unfortunately, they didn't accept my photo in Greece.They said that the photographer should be more careful, my ears should be shown to the photo. Apart from the waste of time and money, the lady didn't pay any attention to detail and in general her attitude was not friendly at all. Thank you

I was asked by a consulate to provide a passport photo with more specific requirement than usual. I trusted Snappy snaps would do an excellent job. I wrote down all the requirements and went to this branch. My photo was taken and then was edited - but the brightness was too high and it faded my natural skin colour. I asked if it can be changed as the requirement stated my natural skin colour must be 100% visible - Staff at Snappy snap were insistent that it's all good, they'll accept it. I trusted their word as they're the professional in this area. I travelled god knows how long to get to the consulate only for them to refuse my application for having a passport photo not meeting their requirement and I was scheduled in for another appointment for months later. Thanks for that guys! I will not be using you again.

The staff in the shop were super helpful. They were able to make the most of the low quality images I had of me late father and enlarge them for me.Very grateful for their quick and excellent work.

What helpful staff! I needed some strange sized photos for a project I am doing and they couldn't have been more helpful.

It was my first time processing film, in fact, I’m new to film photography as a whole and it’s always helpful when your starting something new, that the process is easy. The staff were very kind and helpful. Additionally they were done in an hour! I was already expecting this as I had seen the past reviews and they were true! I would most definitely recommend this place, great customer service and quality all round!!Also the prices are good too!

I went here to get photos taken for a passport renewal. The man explained how the new digital system worked, and the picture was better than the current passport photo! He was really helpful, and despite all the media hysteria, my new passport arrived 13 days after the application, which was done online. I didn't pay for faster service either. The passport office sent regular updates during this time. Top marks all round. Thoroughly recommend using Snappy Snaps to get your passport pics.

A great experience at snappysnaps, highly recommend if you need any prints. I had quite a few photos to print, Sarah was super helpful, explaining the different sized prints, frames and types of prints. We went through every photo and ensured each one was aligned, spending quite a bit of time.Thanks, will be back again!
