Khalid is an honest and genuine guy. Non pressured environment to buy a car, with excellent after sales service.I had a problem with my car a few days after I bought it and Khalid went above and beyond to arrange repairs, and followed up to make sure I was happy.Have never recommended a car dealer before to anyone, but I would certainly recommend Motor Ring Ltd, and would definately use them again!

I purchased a car from this “reputable” company in September 2020. It was a 2008 Mini Cooper Diesel with 106,000 on the clock. I started having issues with it about a month or so post purchase to which I handed it over to a mechanic only to find the service documents had been falsified. And there was a TON of present fault codes in the engine and bodywork.In the original ad on Auto Trader the car had apparently been serviced in August 2020; in the service book it said it was serviced in October 2020. (In hindsight, this explains why he made excuses and I only got the documents after I handed over my money). Post purchase the tailgate button stopped working and I was told by Khalid it wasn’t supposed to function and that the key was the only option to open the boot which we all know is absolute bull. The car was supposedly sold with a wheel locking nut but this was not in the car; again I was called a liar. I spent a further £40 on a new one from BMW.The after sales service is shocking. I received nothing but allegations. I only wanted a decent car to drive. I was refused a refund and they also refused to look at it for me. Unfortunately the car only me LASTED FOR 6 MONTHSI challenged Khalid on this and I was shouted at down the phone, was called a liar and was told I had no leg to stand on as I had no proof. If you’re reading this and wondering… I also have proof of these telephone recordings, falsified documents and I am happy to send them to enquiring customers… but if you’ve read this far you’re probably made your mind up and decided to go somewhere else by now.I was completely fleeced of my money (£2,500) and considering my previous car broke and I was working as a community nurse for the NHS I would’ve thought he would’ve been a bit more considerate and honest. Especially working during the height of a global pandemic, but he just wanted my money.If you want to buy a car which will turn into a money pit. PLEASE buy a car from MotorRing.

Words cannot describe how impressed my wife and I are with Motor Ring. Khalid and his team have gone above and beyond when buying our first family car. We’ve previously had a bad experience buying a car from a dealership, so we were a little apprehensive about going to another one. All I can say is we are over the moon that we bought our car from them. I wanted to wait to write a review until the car had its first service and MOT. After collecting it from the garage, the mechanic said they had no issues at all and no advisories! We’re definitely going back to Khalid for our future upgrades.

Purchased a car back in May, and they were friendly, professional and polite. However, I've had no end of trouble with my car. It had a fresh MOT and cost nearly £12000 which I'm stuck paying over the next 4 years for an unusable car.Within half an hour of getting the car the engine made a funny noise and I got a warning light. Motor ring were quick to take the car to be fixed" but now I'm sure they only switched the engine light off and pretended to fix it

I bought my Peugeot 3008 through Khalid and motorring back in 2021. The car has served me well. Two of our road trips have been to Italy, and we are planning a third. The after sale service is the biggest reason I came here to review the car 2 years after purchasing it. It is rare to find a private dealership who will answer your questions months after the purchase. Every time I have spoken and asked a question, whether it is about certain functions in the car or advice, motoring and Khalid have been exceptionally helpful.The bottom line is that we all have bad customer service experiences. Customers will have bad experiences with even the most customer-centric organizations, but if 80%+ of the customers are raving about the company, then they must be doing something right!Keep up the good work
