Dominic and the team at Stellantis were all extremely helpful. Everything went smoothly, the service almost felt too good to be true! Gladly it wasn’t, everything that we had spoken about on the car had been seen to by Dominic. He really done a brilliant job ensuring everything was up to scratch.Would highly recommend. Best experience to date when buying a car.

Had a clearly bad experience on the car retrieval. I left my car on a Monday, and let the operator know that I could only pick it up Tuesday, which was not an issue. On having confirmation my car was ready, I showed up at the shop and had to wait 40 minutes to just have someone retrieve my ready car. I was in a rush, and that's not anybody's fault. What's poor management is to have people in the service reception that only take the cars that they dealt with in the beginning. There was a queue of 5 people and I was number 1 just because we were all served by the same guy when leaving the car there, while there was someone in the reception just doing paperwork the whole time, conscious of 4 or 5 people waiting. Then, the calmness of chilling with other customers after me being 40m waiting, and the surprised face when I gave them my feedback live (upon asked) and it wasn't great, shows lack of tact. Last time for sure

What a fantastic experience i have had with stellantis &you! I dealt with a wonderful gentleman called Walid who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect mobility car! He was so approachable very honest and so down to earth. He was on top of everything for me the whole way through, even when the car i originally ordered was going to take longer then i wanted he found me an even better deal on an even better car. He knows his stuff, If anyone needs a mobility car or any information id highly recommend Walid he is your guy. Thank you so much!

Had a 5 star experience with Peugeot Chingford, the senior sales advisor Ozan and Manager Michael attended to all our needs. We bought 2 new 208e Electric vehicles as company cars and we are extremely happy with the cars and service from the staff. From the very start we were offered drinks and were made to feel very welcome, the test drive was booked very quickly, we received courtesy calls and we were kept updated at all times throughout the whole process, we highly recommend this Peugeot garage.A big thank you to Ozan and Michael,

If he's available, ask for Walid, you'll get a fantastic service, I can't recommend him enough. He made the whole purchasing experience really painless!In Robins and Day for my Peugeot 5008's first service (July 22) and was very pleased to see Walid again, it's been a year, but he remembered me, and it was like meeting an old friend!2nd service today (July 23), and a near a 30-minute wait to be seen, strange as there was only one person waiting ahead of me!As usual, the service was excellent, I particularly liked the videos as the car was being serviced.

Shocking and appalling - took me an hour to drop my car off.If you want lethargy, an absolute bear minimum, an outfit that tells you the car's ready for collection but havent completed the job. A team who puts the phone down on you when asking to speak to supervisor and fails to disclose their name - congratulations you've come to the absolute best place to service and maintain your carUse the dealership in Colindale, unless you want the above.

I tend not to write negative reviews. However, what my parents went through deserves some mention. In this instance, I want to highlight the worst service we have ever received from a car dealership.My father's car had a fault light appear with a danger message displayed on the dash to stop driving the vehicle immediately. This was back in August 2023, we called up this dealership as this is where we purchased the car,only to be told that they do not have any appointments until October. We waited with multiple chasers sent to expedite our request of a diagnostic and repair only to be dismissed by the staff or ignored on some occasions.When October finally came around, they inform us that I cannot deliver my car via a breakdown due to lack of space,which put us out of pocket as we had to arrange the delivery and pick up twice. Finally we was seen, and got informed that we will need to provide evidence to show that the car has been maintained, this caused further delay but it was a fair request, we provided the docs and then got nothing back from the staff even though we chased and left messages.Eventually, the car was ready, but nobody thought to inform my father to come and pick up the car until I directly rang in about 3 times in one day.When picking up the car, we had a long wait and no explanation or accountability from the staff. The car is a danger as a quick Google search showed us due to the timing belt issues. It would have been nice to hear an explanation of what exactly happened and if it would happen again. But we got nothing... I want to add that my father is disabled and has been car less due to the absolute shambles and disregard to customer service this place demonstrates. I will inform as many people highlighting this rubbish service .AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU HAVE ANY AFTERCAFE NEEDED ON YOUR VEHICLE!!!

Buying you're first new car is never an easy task, knowing you will be putting a huge amount of investment towards it can be risky. However I was lucky enough to meet a exceptional gentleman, Mario, who ensured every step of the way was carefree and easy. He understood our needs as a family not being pushy or direct an making sure he guided us towards a car that will benefit us. He made sure the whole experience was very pleasant and smooth.
