Great cafe/ bakery. Nice coffee and excellent sweet treats. Will certainly visit again.

Had a Sourdough hot bacon baguette. Had high expectations for the Sourdough, going by the reviews but I have to admit it was somewhat underwhelming. Not much flavour. They use streaky bacon, which is fine but it was absolutely cremated and turned to dust as I bit in. Also got a Ham and cheese Sourdough baguette. The ham was fairly tasteless and the cheese was so thin I thought it was butter. Could not taste any cheese. I was also looking forward to the artisan butter but could not see any trace of it on either baguette. That said, has a nice vibe and some tables outside but you'd need to get there early to grab one. Not awful and I would return but as a regular visitor to Paris, this is a far cry from an artisinal bakery.REPLY:Thank you for your response and I am sorry to hear you are in hospital. The comments you made are completely fair and I take that onboard. I think my expectations were set a bit high as I know what French artisinal bakeries can produce and your reviews are great, plus you always seem to be busy. Perhaps you do not have the same ingredients they have in France but I hate to say there is no comparison. You are of course correct and I should have been more specific with my order, and I shall remember that next time. I'm fully open to the possibility that it was just a bad day and my next order will be better so I am more than happy to visit again. The food aside, you have a delightful shop and I can feel the history as i walked through the door. I am sorry for my negative review but as the saying goes, the ugliest truth is always better than the prettiest of lies. Hope you get better quickly.

Beautiful smell of freshly baked bread coming from the inside.Lovely service and flavours - apricot croissant and latte.The space is quite small so you find yourself waiting for your drinks in a crammed small corridor.The place if full of character and always packed with people ☺️

Such a hidden gem in Cheam village. Authentic French boulangerie with good coffee. The pastries are very flavourful. It is always very busy and could be difficult to get a table. But they offer discounted price for take-out.

I lived in Cheam for 2 weeks and this cafe became one of favourite spots! Loved the buttery taste of their croissants and great coffee and friendly atmosphere. Would definitely recommend it.

I bought 7 different pastries this morning and they were all very tasty. Definitely one of the best bakeries in the area. Would recommend.

Our favourite bakery in town. They do most amazing pastries obviously but my favourite is also onion soup. They do good coffees as well. Can’t wait to try more things, never been disappointed! Really authentic French bakery.

Such a fabulous little boulangerie. The staff are as lovely as their pastries and coffee.Best bacon sandwich this side of the tunnel.Looking forward to many more visits to this delightful family fun cafe and shop.
