Oh wow, after weeks of being messed about, we couldn’t believe how efficient and organised M&R Plumbing and Heating were! Not only could they fit us a new boiler with only a few days notice, but they sent along two stunning men to do the job. Ross and Wes were on time, extremely courteous and polite, helpful and friendly as well as getting the installation done in 6.5 hours! Absolutely excellent. M&R responded to an overflowing attic tank not quite at the speed of light. They were professional, friendly and tidy. They told us what they were going to do, did it, and charged a very reasonable and competitive rate for the job. It is refreshing to find such a good firm - who do what they say they will do ...and turn up! Highly recommended.

I've had gas safety checks on the boiler in my rented house for four years, and have had the boiler serviced and repaired in that time too. All by different companies. A issue I've struggled with all that time was always explained away and yet the engineer from M&R plumbing knew what the problem was and solved it immediately. The boiler is old so they can't make it more efficient, but he took the time to listen to my struggles and diagnosed the problem. I now have hot water that doesn't suddenly run cold. I can't praise this engineer enough. Many thanks.
