Never had a oriblem with any of the staff. Always polite, helpful and service with a smile.

Terrible post office staff - AVOID THIS PLACE. Went in with a pre-paid item to post. Lady said we can't accept it after the last collection" despite the post office being open till 22:00. I asked her to just try scanning the items barcode and see if the system would accept it

I went to the Post Office and was served by Sala. She was rushing and wasn't paying attention. Was charged £1.35 for an item. I gave £10. Was given the change for £5. I explained that I gave £10 to Sala. She said 'No you gave me £5.' I explained that no I gave £10. Again she said it was £5. I said it was £10. She then rather annoyed as she clearly felt I was in the wrong. 'Oh well I'm going to have to check the CCTV' and walked off. Clearly thinking she couldn't possibly be in the wrong. Another member of staff was sympathetic and said she has been rushing a lot today. Waited for her to come back. She came back, no apology 'Yeah you were right' and gave me the £5 I was correctly owed. Had CCTV not been there to prove she was in the wrong a service that should have cost me £1.35 would have cost me £6.35. I politely said 'In future can you be more careful please' and turned to rush off to an appointment I needed to be at. But as I turned my back Sala laughed at me!I can't believe it...to be short changed, accused of being a liar, being treated like I am in the wrong and inferior, to be kept waiting to prove I am in the right. No apology and then to be mocked for her poor customer service skills and attitude. I am so upset and annoyed.

Went in today to post a parcel that was 40g heavier than the guidelines, the young indian girl was so rude and unhelpful. She said I can accept it but the other party may have to pay extra postage OR I need to go online and get a refund and reissue a new label. She then refused point blank to accept this parcel. I then said if I do the request on my phone can you print my label for me, she said she has no printer. How can a post offce not have a printer? Thats ludicrous. How can the service be so bad? This is not the first time I have experienced rudeness from this girl, her manner of talking to you and her demeanour is awful and intimidating. This is put me off visiting my local post office.

Lovely experience at this post office. Friendly staff and they are happy to help with any questions I’ve had over the years with postage. They have come a long way since the new owners took over a few years ago. Very reliable service. On top of this the store itself is well stocked with a great range of products.

I have to agree with the other negative reviews that staff are rude!!I sent two parcels from there containing jewellery and neither arrived. AVOID AT ALL COST!!,

What an awful way for staff to treat customers!This shop does not deserve customers.My grown up daughter and I needed to post a parcel and pick up a few essentials.We were on our way to Streetly cemetery so thought we would use this Post Office/Co op.We entered the shop, at 1.55 on Wednesday 4th Jan.As soon as we approached the lady behind the counter she snapped 'Can't serve you if you want the post office, you'll have to wait 15 mins, I'm cashing up' she did not apologise or give eye contact, just curtly snapped at us and continued with her counting!Im sure if the manager wants to see how rude the staff treat customers the evidence would be clear on the CCTV, please look.We were made to feel very uncomfortable and worthless. We only wanted to have a returned label stamped.We left the shop without our essentials and will never return to shop there again? I have never known such unfriendly service.

Staff extremely rude!! Avoid this Post Office!!I use this post office every 3-6 weeks, went in earlier to post a next day pre-9.30 signed, tracked and insured item, as well as purchase some stationery. I had my 11 month old dog with me, she is a small well behaved English Cocker Spaniel, and taken her in many times before (previously asked and was ok, and no sign on the door) and never been an issue before. However the young girl was very rude and abrupt with a raised voice telling me that dogs are not allowed. I left the store and told her I'll take my custom elsewhere.Since went to Little Aston Post Office where dogs are welcome and the staff are friendly and always welcoming, and the dog gets a little longer walk out of it too. Will only be using Little Aston Post Office from now on.And the answer the obvious question - I can't leave her on her own outside as she has a severe blood clotting disorder.

Everytime I visit this post office the older Indian lady is rude, please don’t get a job in customer service if you don’t know how to treat customers. Today I yet again came out feeling really upset to the point where I refuse to go in again which is why I have wrote this review to warn other customers of her.

Opening hours advertised are not correct. Visited at 5:45pm and told post office closed due to being busy (advertised as 7pm closure). Asked when the post office opens and told could be 8am or could be 9am but did not seem sure. Cannot be relied upon.
