I went to Arthur with a shoulder problem and he was nothing but professional and friendly, gave great advice on training and rehab techniques and helped me greatly in my time with him.He is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about making people feel better. Would recommend.

So I have used Arthur’s service myself and I see him in the gym around all the time, great friendly guy who’s always up for giving advice and general chat. Has a great atmosphere at VigourPlus, very affordable for the quality service offered.

I had a great experience with Arthur. He was very professional in his diagnosis. Through his explanation I was able to have a better understanding of my injury. Suggested both long term and short term solutions for pain relief, and treatment. I had an very enjoyable session today!

I would highly recommend Arthur at Vigour Plus. He is very professional, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions or concerns I have in great detail.I received an amazing sports massage and aftercare advice to carry on with at home. Will definitely be returning for further treatments.

Arthur is brilliant, when I was struggling with lower back / glute / hamstring pain, he figured out what was wrong (it was related to my QL which I'd never even heard of before), and sorted me right out with physio exercises for recovery and sports massages and had me back deadlifting within about 4 weeks! So friendly and professional :)

I highly recommend Arthur at Vigour Plus for physiotherapy. He is exceptionally professional, possesses extensive knowledge, and willingly addresses any questions or concerns with thorough explanations. I recently had an outstanding sports massage and received comprehensive aftercare advice for continued at-home care. I am definitely planning to return for additional treatments.

If you are looking for sports massage in colchester Arthur is awesome he has helped me with my neck pain and and knee problems due to injuries from sports. He gave me rehabilitation exercises to help me strengthen my joints! Would highly recommend!

After suffering with knee and back pain i highly recommend having acupuncture treatments, just one treatment with Arthur and my pain has reduced a lot and I’m finding it easier to train. He was very professional and explained the process, made me feel very at ease. Helps that he is also at my gym. Highly recommend!
