Time For You Tunbridge Wells

I used Time 4 You in order to find a home cleaner. One who had been professionally checked as the cleaner would be coming into my home when I wasn’t always there and I wanted to be confident that they were honest and trustworthy. I told Caroline exactly what I was looking for - and I was very specific as I’ve had cleaners in my home for over 60 years and knew exactly what I DIDNT want!!As we were talking on the phone, Caroline was ‘thinking aloud’ and already matching me up with one of the cleaners in her agency and I couldn’t be happier with the result So much so, that 5 of my friends are now also using the same cleaner. Surely that, speaks for itself…Currently my regular cleaner is away on holiday but Caroline has found another from her ‘team’ to come on a temporary basis so that I don’t have to be without a cleaner. Now THATS what I call true customer service and well worth paying for.So overall, how would I rate Time 4 You??? 5 STARS without a shadow of doubt and great value for money

Do yourself a favour and don't touch this farce of a company!3 months after paying my enrollment fee I cancelled because I hadobly had 3 cleans within that time. It took forever to get a cleaner allocated and then there were multiple no-shows and cancellations. The owner was really unresponsive and still after 4 weeks has not refunded me the fee after I got fed up and cancelled the service. She has essentially stolen my money. It's all so unprofessional. If I could give it 1 star I would, it's been appalling.

Delighted with the service we have received, Anna is like one of the family now and Caroline is always helpful and I highly recommend Time For You cleaning company.

Caroline assigned Anna to us and she is a fantastic housekeeper, she looks after the house better than I could have expected.

After the initial period, Caroline failed to provide us with a replacement cleaner within a decent period of time and refused calls or contact to discuss the situation - absolutely terrible customer service.

Awful experience with this company, not only did the cleaner not show up and proceeded to disappear from all forms of contact, the company has not refunded my advance payment despite numerous attempts to contact for a refund for services not received. Avoid at all costs!

I contacted this company in hope to be provided with a regular cleaner. I spoke with Caroline, who called me on a bank holiday! I thought this was really good service.It started going downhill from then. I was asked to pay three months surcharge" of £107.60 upfront and the rest would be paid to the cleaner when she did the clean. This isn't too dissimilar to what has happened with cleaners I've had in the past. I paid the money and didn't expect to hear anything as it was the bank holiday weekend. The following week

A waste of time and an utter shambles. Disinterested owner who didn't manage the services and couldn't be bothered to communicate properly (except when payment was due). I was sent 3 different cleaners in a short space of time who were either, rude, late, didn't turn up, stroppy, grumbled, left before they were due to (with unfinished work) and / or did not do what was expected.

**UPDATE**Since leaving this review I have received my money back.**ORIGINAL REVIEW**I enquired about cleaning services and was contacted by Caroline. Once payment had been made I just didn’t hear anything. After chasing I was told a cleaner had been allocated and they’d be in touch that day and heard nothing for another week so I emailed Caroline again saying I no longer wanted to go ahead with the services as we hadn’t heard from the cleaner and I was disappointed about having to continually chase, which I thought wasn’t a good sign given we were new customers. Caroline finally replied after a few days and there was no apology, just a snarky comment about the terms saying it would be up to 10 days for the initial clean - I’d like to add that this would have been absolutely fine. I would have been happy to wait had I not been told someone would be in touch and had I not had to continually chase.
