Trade Frame North West

Had French doors fitted today. 2 very nice friendly fitters did an excellent job, arrived on time. Very pleased with the quality of the doors. We had to wait around 10 weeks from ordering doors but well worth the wait. Will definitely use trade frame again if needed. Many thanks.

I've just had three aluminum sliding doors supplied and fitted by Trade Frame and I couldn't be happier. The quality of them is brilliant, they slide with ease and make hardly any noise (which our previous ones did).On the day of fitting the team went above and beyond. We had slight issues with the existing recess on one openings not being deep enough - which was an issue from a previous builder. The Trade Frame team ended up having to cut about half an inch of brick and floor away. They did such a neat job and made the exterior look better than it was before. More importantly they told us it was no problem and just got on with it.The whole process was simple from the initial phone call, to them coming to measure up and then fitting. They gave me set dates on each of the occasions and were on time. Overall really impressed and will definitely be using them for our next set of windows.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new windows from TradeFrame Northwest. The service was professional from our initial visit to the showroom where there were a range of frames on display and Neil gave us some great advice. The surveyor who visited was very helpful and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised by the low cost quoted for the job which was 5 windows including 2 large bays. Barry was very patient with us as we couldn't decide on the style of windows, providing revised quotes to help us decide. There was absolutely no pressure at all to buy which was so refreshing. Can I also say how great the fitters were- very polite, tidy and did a fantastic job with no damage to our walls. A big thank you to the team.

Can I just say a big thank you to Mike at the Warrington office. He's been a great help and always responds to queries and questions straight away. I gave him the sizes of what I needed and in no time had an email with all the information and the price. I had shopped around a bit and Tradframe were the best price around. I have had the first lot of windows delivered and the quality is excellent. I will be recommending Mike and Tradeframe to anyone who needs windows/doors. Well done Tradeframe!

Purchased 7 frames and two doors here. The quality and price were unmatched elsewhere. Prices were fantastic. I even made an error in one of my measurements and the team helped me get a replacement in only two days! That’s an unheard of timescale in the industry. If you need windows or doors so visit this supplier I will be using again on my next projects!

Good company great prices but unfortunately if you live in Widnes they put you through to there widnes branch which is 20% dearer so then your choice is to go in and see the lads on the desk at warrington which are extremely helpful and professional or use a different company but why would you go to cohens in Widnes to get ripped off

Had 3 quotes for work required and Trade Frame NW were the best. Had two bay Windows on front of bungalow replaced, a composite front door and internal kitchen door. Paul ,Reg and Carl have done a lovely job . Work was completed over 2 days and we are so pleased. Very efficient all of them. We have another job that needs doing and will definitely be using Trade Frame NW again.Thank you lads
