Had a good deep tissue massage on my back for a stressed out shoulder! Thanks to Chloe it is feeling much better. It is really good to have her in North Camp & the shop is really well layed out and designed. You can tell she has high standards and I feel very well looked after.

I booked a couples massage for me and my friend. We were 5 minutes late due to going to the wrong address (our fault) however staff was accommodating and nice.The massages were nice, but due to lack of space in the salon and other inconveniences, the experience wasn't entirely relaxing. The staff were bumping into things while giving the massage and making noise. The blankets they had on top of the towels were crusty and smelt like a wet dog or like old frying oil. The oil they used on both of us smelt like sunflower oil and was quite unpleasant to touch even a few hours after. We booked a relaxing aromatherapy massage.I've had treatments with Chloe before, in the old location and they were so much better, unfortunately I feel the quality had decreased.I gave 3 stars as I hope that Chloe will try to mend some of the issues mentioned, she's a great person and I know that they can do better.

Would not hesitate to recommend, I have had my lips done and a dermapen treatment. Both occasions the procedures were thoroughly explained and I felt completely relaxed. I am really pleased with the results!

Had the best time visiting the salon. Chloe and her staff are so friendly and professional, they always ensure that their clients are getting the correct treatments depending on their skin type. They gave me a complete introduction to the different products they where using on my face. I have never had smoother skin! i feel so refreshed and my spots have cleared up completely. Would not go anywhere else! Highly recommend xox

Amazing place for facials, nails and massages! Love the staff here and Chloe did an amazing job with my wedding make up too! Would recommend By Chloe Leah do anyone looking for a pampering sesh.

Will not be using these services again. I was on a REAL low and decided to book myself in for a massage. Turned up at 4:00pm to be sat outside the shop waiting for 25 minutes. No sign to say shop closed. This booking was made at 3pm had a whole hour to tell me shop was closed, didn't bother. As an adult with autism I find leaving these sorts of conflicting reviews difficult however leaving me sat outside for 25 minutes there are just no excuses. I can only comment on this experience which did happen. No person would be happy sitting outside a shop for 25 minutes.Expecting some sort of snotty reply as this woman seems like the type of person that cannot accept this is unfair and instead try point the finger at me ' check google time'.. how about actually make sure you have cancelled your services off treatwell?!?UPDATE: Predictable response from salon owner, this in itself shows what kind of salon they are. NO APOLOGY for the fact that they wasted my time. If you cancelled treatwell then that is not MY problem that it is still showing up on there. That is your duty as a business owner to ensure your salon it advertised correctly. Secondly I was not rude, I stand by my point, I told you you already have wasted my time, which you have. What part of sitting outside your salon door for 25 minutes because you can't be bothered to notify your clients that the salon is cloaed sounds like it isn't wasting my time? . You could of put a note on your social media or even a note on the salon door saying closed due to personal issues.. you failed at doing that. We all have our own personal problems going on in life. However I do not allow that to affect other people.I stand by my review, my review wasn't done on distain for the owner, I give my right to give a one star review of of the facts that I again was sat waiting outside your salon for 25 minutes and instead of apologise, you make it somehow MY FAULT?

Booked a couples massage as a 21st birthday present and it definitely didn’t disappoint. We were a few minutes late due to heavy traffic but the staff were more than accommodating. The massages were amazing and we both feel so much better after due to our very physical jobs. Plus great aftercare advice! Would definitely come back

I had such a wonderful pregnancy massage with Kayleigh today. The room was so calm and relaxing. Kayleigh was very friendly throughout and it made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back for some other treatments.

Chloe does an exceptional job. She takes time to understand what result you wish to achieve and tailors the treatment according to your individual needs and features. I am very happy with the results: I felt comfortable throughout and the results are beyond my expectations! I will definitely be returning.

Really disappointed with my experience at Chloe Leah Beauty. Found the salon via Treatwell, but booked directly for a manicure and pedicure. The pictures in Treatwell are not of the current salon which was small and of a standard sub par to the price charged. The staff were not ready for my appointment and kept having to get up and find other bits of equipment (nail file and buff), she also kept checking her phone throughout my treatment. The member of staff attempted to dry my nail polish with a hairdryer she pulled out of a bag, yet it remained sticky and tacky to touch even 2 hours after my appointment (I had to remove it and redo it myself). My pedicure was conducted with the staff sat on a towel on the floor (not as shown in the pictures of the salon), the utensils used were put directly onto the floor surface and not on a table or towel, including the nail file and cuticle scissors. The towel used was covered in old wax. When the staff member reused a cotton wool pad that she fetched from the salon bed where she had previously done my manicure, I was done and left . .Unfortunately the standard of hygiene at the salon is questionable and I paid nearly £80 for the experience. When I rang to speak to the owner afterwards she was extremely dismissive saying ‘they know they need new towels’ but didn’t seem to understand or care about the below par experience. What a shame!
