I was a little bit disappointed to be honest. They have some lovely fish but not a great range. Both goldfish and tropical. They have a great selection of koi. Some small ones and some bigger ones for £49.99 or two for £85. If I has an outdoor pond I'd definitely get koi from there. I was expecting to see rabbits and rats etc but that room seemed to be blocked off

I like this shop but it seems to have gone downhill over the last few years, With hardly any fish choices and plants there are never any staff around, you have to walk across the shop to get them to come back to you to get products. They seem to care more about the new electrical department and expanding than the customers, they have some beautiful products but customer service is not there any more which is a shame.

Always a go- to place for house supplies, garden and pet supplies, comparable prices to online for pet food, low stock on any special food however- it’s a ok place overall.

This store, once known as the Pet and Aquatic warehouse, just seems to have everything, your looking for. Once it was focussed merely on pet foods but now also caters for everything you might want, from tools, DIY stuff, they even sell a good selection of coffees and crisps. There is an upstairs to it but not ventured up there yet to see what's on offer.

Sells from cat to chicken to horse foodGerbils and Hamster needs met tooLarge selection of aquarium fish and pondsAlso sells cookers and washing machines upstairs too and garden marble and stone ornaments .I’m always there for my pet foodsThey also sell a large selection of quality brand garden Hoses and spades etc som garden furniture tooWorth a visit and very reasonable also sells fresh frozen meat for your animals too

Assisted to obtain a bag of cat biscuits by a member of staff who was very helpful but then proceeded to follow us around the store as if we were going to steal something ,cashier was miserable as he'll and informed someone over the tannoy that a bag of cat biscuits was in our basket and leaving the store what the fk was that all about ,felt as welcome as covid won't be going there again
