I received my knife and lame a couple of days ago and I am so happy with them. They are lovely to hold, to look at, and to use. First time using my lame this morning and I achieved great results and more detail. The knife cuts through the crust easily and through the loaf with no problems. I bought a bread knife a couple of years ago and it's the single best piece of equipment in my entire house, I love it! Just ordered another as a housewarming gift for my son as he's leaving home. These are beautiful, individually made items. Can't recommend highly enough.
