Not really keen on people asking me to leave reviews. I'll leave a review if I want to. Not sure I'd ever feel compelled to leave one on a money exchange booth. Guy was pleasant enough, but starting asking me various questions that were really none of his business. Tell me my rate, take my money, give me my other money.An extra star for a good rate (let's be honest, that's what people want, a good rate).

Here is the most reliable place to change money in London! I always head here whenever I need to. I have got generous rates all the time. The staff is kind as well! Highly recommended.

Had a serious run in with the manager in the Strand branch few weeks back. His behaviour was absolutely deplorable and very aggressive. He blatantly lied about not being able to exchange a certain amount of money, despite us checking with another TEG office. He also handled us extremely bad in front of other customers to the point that a customer, who witnessed his behaviour, walked out. Funny thing is that he wrote to my office in the local area about providing the best rates as well as great customer service which is an absolute joke. I have written to the head office and informed my office about his disgraceful behaviour. I have been using this branch for several years and will not return ever again until they get rid of this shameless individual.

Friendly chap that helped me. I ordered online the same day as pickup (before they opened at 10). I was in the area and so was there right when they opened and the order was ready. Good rates. I used them when they were in Victoria Place but that branch has closed. There's one on Victoria Road.

Both cashiers were really great and friendly. I visited on 7th Aug and was served by Tim. I will return here if I ever need to exchange money again. Really patient and accommodating.
