I brought an Aldi A1 from Ali, 2 months ago. He is the worst sales man I have ever dealt with. When he dropped the car to me he did not even clean it. I don't know how people feel comfortable ripping other people off. In total including other costs I paid 5k for the car. The car kept breaking and he kept saying that he would get someone to fix it closer to me and kept cancelling and making excuses like he broke his leg or something. He also kept missing my calls on purpose for weeks and then told my dad that he wasn't going to sell the car to me because i ask too many questions, and i only asked basic normal questions that you would when you buy a car. The car had a combustion failure, also battery failure. the windscreen wipers did not work front and back and kept asking funny noises. The car key playing Pakistani prayer music from it. When i asked him if it had bluetooth he said he didn't know. He has hung up the phone on me on several occasions. As soon as i told him that I will take him to court for the rest of the money, he starting being rude with me and refused to give me a full refund within the 30 day period which is my rights. Then i spoke to the manager his name is T, he was so rude and never ended up calling me back. A business based on lies. Please do not buy of them, they try to rip you off. I lost out on so much money and the amount of stress and tears it cost me was not worth it at all. The car even had a missing grill piece and chip in the window which he did not tell me about when he delivered it. He did not even give me a recipe of warranty and when he delivered it he left it at his friends chicken shop and i had to collect the keys. Plus he left some of his belongings in the car and i had to dispose of them in the bin myself. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

The “wide boy” employees were very agreeable and full of promises when purchasing the car. 6 weeks later and only 4 of them on the road this changed as my engine blew up. Never buy from these cowboys EVER. W

The car was delivered and the next day after I got it insurance I went for a drive and it had loads of faults. Exhaust mount is broken. Steering/suspension knocking under accelerations and turning. Engine management light is on. p0351 ignition coil a primary/secondary circuitThe tyre pressure was 40psi and 30psi in the front and 25psi in the back tyres. The radio does not work. The inside was not cleaned.1 key for the ignition/door and 1 key for the bonnet. Rust on the wing.

Do not buy from these gangsters.. sold me a car. Paid £1000 deposit. The car was delivered to my door as agreed and it was not as described. Windows did not work. The screen did not work, turbo gone. No power in engine. Probably a hundred other things wrong with it. Bad paint job all over the car. More miles on it than advertised. I was not happy with the car at all. He agreed to refund me my full deposit of £1000 by 10am the next morning. We took him at his word. That was on tues 25th April. This is now 7th May and still no refund. Keeps making excuses and not answering my texts or calls. I have the right to a full refund if the car is not as described.. he won't refund the money. My next step is legal action.

Avoid this dealer - I bought a car here and took it to my trusted local garage for a check over. There were multiple problems so I brought the car back for them to fix it. In the end they agreed to refund the purchase. Months later, the refund hasn't appeared so I go to pick up my car, only to find out that it has been scrapped. They are not returning my calls and I now have no refund and no car. Reading the reviews here I see they all have similar stories. It's hard to believe there are still people this dishonest in the world.

This is about the 3rd name this garage has traded under since i had my unfortunate dealing with this lot. Sold me an absolute whopper, refused to refund the sale despite this being law, had to take it via small claims court and eventully passed to debt collectors only for them to change the garage/company name just as the enforcement was about to take placeThey are absolute sharks here. Stay away from this place whatever you doI have no doubt they will change names again before long when more ccj's land at their doorstep, but believe me its the same people

I reserve 5 stars for exceptional circumstances so I’m judging this out of 4 stars. And this company gets 2 as I can’t do 2.5 stars.We bought a Toyota RAV4 a few months back.The sale was fairly quick, so quick that documents and the spare key were not handed over.After being told they would send them to us and us even sending a stamped addressed envelope we were not sent the documents and spare key like we were told we would be.We are still waiting!If the key and documents turn up I will edit this review.Not only did this leave us annoyed that we can’t tell what work has been done on the car, we now do not have a spare key.They have them still, if they are not going to ever send them to us then they may as well put them in the bin.Such a waste!We did get a fairly good price on our PX though.Luckily the car hasn’t let us down as I could have foreseen issues if anything had gone wrong.We were in the market for another car and had 6k to spend but I wouldn’t personally buy another car from here.

Many messages later and no reply.Where is my receipt and waranty please.Is it with the none existient service and cam belt change promised and said you had done?You even gave me a receipt for the cam belt change that never happened.Add to that the passenger window did not work, brake caliper failed and brake pads wore to the metal, tyre was very bald and the car was filthy dirty inside.Thanks.BE AWARE this man really does not give a ______! He just wants your cash

Bought the car last month, Ali dropped it off, it was dirty all over the place inside, permanent stains on seats, lots of scratches on the bodywork. The actual mileage was way much higher than he had advertised. I still didn't get a receipt or warranty. Ali kept promising he'd post it soon, it never happened. I paid full price for the car without haggling. I would not recommend anyone buying a car from this place. Dishonest and unscrupulous people there.

I recently bought a car from these people. The car is ok, but the service was abysmal. There was a problem with the car which I offered to put right at his expense. He agreed but has not as yet paid me. He was not provided me with a receipt or warranty information. He never returns my calls and he makes promise which he doesn't keep. I paid full screen price for the car without haggling and in cash. I'm not happy and would not recommend anyone else to buy from here
