Just had my blinds fitted last week.The guy that came out to measure up was spot on, very polite and respectful towards my property, had a wide range of choice and explained the waiting times would be long as they were busy, booked my fitting in there and then as well.Received a text message the day before the fitting to let me know it was still going ahead, got another text message in the morning to give me a time slot, came really early in that time slot, 2 lads fit and installed my blinds within half an hour, both very polite.Been a pleasure from start to finish.Thank you.

I wasn’t impressed with my service from Homefair Blinds. I booked my appointment for a measure and estimate – closest appointment was 7 days later between 13:00-17:00 (which was absolutely fine). My partner was luckily able to swap a shift on that day. 17:00 came and no one showed up. I called and got through to head office but was advised I’ll receive a call-back soon. A lady contacted me the next morning and advised they have no record of my booking and would speak directly to the Washington branch at 9:00am, then call me straight back. It’s now 5 days later and NO call-back. So, I called Flair Blinds instead - a very helpful lady arranged my estimate appointment and the guy showed up today. I would highly recommend them.

Just had my blinds fitted today and all I can say is wow ..I love them very professional service great fitter ...high quality thank you So much ..
