Reflexion Lounge Manchester Shisha

The worst lounge as you can’t order a drink without shisha or food. The minimum you have to spend is £50 and there are no prices in the menu. The waiters were rude and told us to leave if we are not happy. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Shisha lovers must visit this place. Went for couple hours to relax after a long day of meetings and found the place quite relaxing. The location is beautiful with great selection of shisha, drinks and food. Abdul Aziz looked after us in best manner and made the experience extremely good. A must visit place.

Amazing night, a first for me..Having shisha with my boys.. Usually try it in the comfort of my home with friends..nice time out and no stress.. Food was great too which is a bonus..Will come again, definitely recommend it even if you don't do shisha, come for pizza and dessert.

I took some colleagues for the sheesha experience and regretted taking them here! The staff at the lounge promised us seating inside in half an hour so asked us to order and sit in the outside area where it was freezing. The heaters outside didn’t work, they messed up the drinks order, 1 of the staff bringing the drinks was extremely rude, I went in and asked if the table was ready and the man said he will let me know but didn’t show his face after that. So we had sheesha outside in the cold area and our drinks were cold, I was extremely annoyed I would rather they have said sorry we are full and we could have gone elsewhere. Worst experience ever!!!!
