Stu installed a complete replacement heating system for us. Relocated the new boiler to free up kitchen and increase the airing cupboard space too. All the new pipework done with military precision, as you’d expect. Annual service is also a smooth process.

I called Stuart out last week as my boiler finally gave out. He managed to get out the same evening and diagnose the fault, he came back the next day to fit the new part. Boiler has been working well since. We would fully recommend. Very friendly and professional service throughout.

Classic scenario, boiler breaks at 4pm on a Friday. Stu was really helpful on the phone trying to diagnose the issue and was out first thing on Monday morning can’t ask for much more in my opinion

Stuart was the only person willing to help me with my boiler breakdown over the really cold spell over xmas.he replied same day and my boiler was up and running the next day.i tried many repairers some of who didn't even call back ..I find this extremely unprofessional. Many thanks Stu!.I shall be using your services in the future.AMAZING!

Stuart installed a new LPG boiler for us after our old oil boiler died. Very professional and such a nice guy! Nothing was too much trouble, listened to us and gave plenty of advice. Took all the old parts/boiler away plus extra!! Worked neatly, lovely pipe work and would not hesitate to recommend him. Five stars all round.

Stuart did a total revamp of our en suite. He was helpful polite friendly and extremely tidy worker. He understood exactly what I required and the finished product was just excellent. Very competitive price extremely high standard of work. I am now the proud owner of a very top notch en suite and I absolutely love the finished product. Nothing was too much trouble and thanks does not seem enough praise for this guy and his team. I cannot recommend him highly enough absolutely brilliant! Just wish there were 10 stars! 5 is not enough!

I messaged Stu over the Christmas period about a gas boiler service, not expecting a reply until the New Year, however within minutes he replied. His communication is excellent, he replies quickly and does exactly what he says he is going to do.He arrived when he said he would and was very polite and friendly. Stu gave the boiler a thorough service at a very competitive price and provided advise on what is required in the future.I would not hesitate to recommend S C Ratcliffe, I am very happy with the service.
