Bolton Lintel Repairs replaced the lintel above a 1st floor window and repaired the damaged brickwork above. So I spent the best part of a year juggling, waiting on and being let down by various builders. Some completely disinterested.Some saying they can do the work, measuring up, quoting but then vanishing (i guess there's another job somewhere else more worth their while and why bother telling the customer). So Initially we noticed that our main window in our living room had a dip in once we moved in last August however we were unsure on how to go about replacing the lintel above the window and where to seek advice from.We searched “lintel repairs near me” and noticed how well Bolton Lintel Repairs carried about their business via all the excellent reviews. Once I made an enquiry to Allan, he called me the same day and was straight away at the ready to help us and to send over all the photos we had of our main front facing window.During the week before the work, Allan also explained into detail of what was required. Allan himself is extremely knowledgeable. Allan replaced the lintels to the rear and side of our house recently. We get battered by the rain and knew they needed doing desperatelybefore winter sets in properly.He's done an excellent job!!He just got on with it over 2 days, took pictures and videos, as he worked, to send us.High quality workmanship and I would definitely recommend him.And bonus....he cleans up after himself. Allan opened up and fit a lintel in our chimney, levelled the base and boarded it ready for a stove. Couldn't recommend him more, he gave a really reasonable quote, completed the work to a high standard and explained everything along the way. Allan replaced a broken lintel above my front door/window all new membrane and weep holes for drainage repointing of cracks in brick work etc excellent job was done left tidy and rubbish removed very reliable and explained what he had done. I had been let down by other companies so was glad to fine Allan would not hesitate to recommend him.
